Facelift 2004-2007 C5 Hatchback rear suspension seals

Post by bencowell »

Dear all

If you are overhauling the suspension, be careful when ordering the three seals that go inside the rear suspension hydraulic system as some cars have the part number for a complete 40mm cylinder (as fitted), but show the individual seals for the 37mm (as fitted to H3 mark 1 C5's).

My car is currently off the road while the dealer obtains the correct seals.

84k on the clock of rough Yorkshire roads I'm afraid. (of course, other than the roads, everything else in Yorkshire is the best!)
