Spotted this for sale while I was at the LeMans Classic.

Never been on the road. Proper four wheel drive. Funky interior. 2km on the clock!
Bad news, 'sans code' and it sold for 8000euros!

That BX is pretty ugly as well, looks like it's been pimped to a ridiculous level.

I seem to remember back in the eighties that Citroen went rallying with a bonkers BX. Don't think it was that successful - like lots of others it got blown away by the Audi Quattro.

I'd love the Buffalo :) No worries on it having a 2.1TD. It's an excellent engine...

Anyway, if I felt the need I'd pop a V6 into it

Anyone know how much it fetched?

Yep. Watched it sell. Got a fair bit of interest. It was as new. Looked like it would drive too.

Some of the other cars were just styling exercises.

8K for that Buffalo pimp mobile? Would anyone honestly pay that for such bodged up pile of ugly poo? Just looking at the hideous body kit gives a good idea of the shockingly poor quality of the 'work' done, madness. I wouldn't give £5 for it as it'd mean the hassle of covering it up to avoid embarrassment from having it parked near my house before the scrap man took it away to be crushed. Total pimped up rubbish.
