My 1995 ZX 1.9D Elation has a TDC sensor - as I found while taking the gearbox off to change the clutch. I've pondered upon this all day and still can't think of any reason why it's there - unless it's for diagnostics. The only bit of electric string going to the inj pump is for the fuel cut-off solenoid.
Does anyone know why it's there...?
