theres tooooo much on a 2.2 to swap over anyway and you would also have to plumb in the eyloys fluid tank..
as for fuel lift pump.. convert a petrol xm and the lift pump is already plumbd in for you...

I can't see that there is much more to swap over on a 2.2 to a 2.0, the only reason you would need the BSI on any ex C5 engine is because of the security code issues, of course a real electronics genius may be able to circumvent that in the the software..
Xantia don't know how they handle security on the Xant so can't really comment.
Still feel that if one is to do such a conversion then it would be worth using the best engine which has to be the 2.2 173 imho.
