C5 Face lift 1.6HDi radiator fans not working

my radiator fans are not working, this i had confirmed in the alsy few days while pulling a caravan up a hill,
I used the lexia to see if i have any associated errors , but none reported.
I tried the Fan test but the fans did not operate.
I dont have the wiring drawings
Any ideas as to where I start looking?

Can you read coolant temp with Lexia ? Does the fan come on when you operate the A/C ?

yes i can read the coolant temp with lexia. and no the AC is not working so far this summer. I put that down to no gas, However the lexia report no issue with the AC and the pressure is 1 bar non running engine.
