Citroen C5 2007 2.0 HDI With a dropped valve. The car was taken by AA to garage for assesment, they have part stripped the car to find the problem.
I now need to move the car but it has sunk to low position.
The car does not respond when the doors are openeed like normal when it would usually put itself back into normal position.
As i need to transport the car and it will not go on the trailer as it is,how can i get it to rise.
Is it posible that the car has gone into "sleep mode" and if so how can i awake it temporaly to make it rise enough to put on the trailer.
Thanks Andy

Pump is electric, have they disconnected the battery before starting to strip the engine?
