05 Dispatch electrical problem

Hi

My dispatch van seems to have an electrical problem, I dont know about electrics but i will try to explain the symtoms if any body can help, the stop solenoid seems to be cutting in when you switch the van on, If you plug in the computer there is nothing showing on the screen, all the relays are showing ok.
