Post by marco f1 »

hi all

the other day i was driving home allong duel carage way about 55mph and the C5 hdi started to judder i dipped clutch and reved it and the engine reved up smooth is silk, let the clutch out and drivern a bit more and it happend again so i floored it , the car went great , this has only happend a few times now and its like as if you have a plug off but its diesel... or if you think of someboby sat in the back seat of the car and is shaking the drivers seat when your sat in it ..
that is what its like. sorry guys but thats only way i can explain it. the car flys, and mpg is good uses no oil or water.. i know it might need a dmf in the future as it does make a noise but i can still get all my gears, and dont have the money to change it yet... any one got any ideas

From similar experience I would suggest a faulty injector. A Lexia session and/or a leakoff test would help to pin it down.

hi all
forgot to mention the rear brakes were stcking on due to a broken caliper that had snaped the lug of the brake pad pin holder

There is a good chance that it will identify one that is out of it's calibration tolerances.

You could also try a leakoff test.
