Hadrian panels don't list them, which rather suggests you can't get them.... Citroen list them, but, hope you're siting down, they're £225 each :shock: Just get a patch whacked on, or cut one off a scrapper.

I have had sill 'section' made before, always an alternative.

If there are any metal folding places near you thye can probably make the section if you take them a cardboard template cut to fit the outside of the sill. Or take the car in and ask them to measure it for you, I am sure they have gear to do this.
They have the proper folding machines to bend a piece of sheet in a straight line, if you try to bend it in a vice it just curves.
Usually cheaper than buying a real section as they charge for the metal + time spent so normally not too bad.

Worth considering if all else fails.

it really depends on the extent of the tin worm??? as to weather you need complete sills fitted or just need a section cut out and re/fabricated,

also its not really viable to cut them out from a scrapper and re/fit to another car, this would take so much time it would be easier and cheaper to have some fabricated,

Not that I can find sills on these French sites, only the usual body panels, but thought they may be of interest to people who want body parts or other bits.
Although in French you can guess the part category and they also have pictures of most parts.

Such as
http://www.piece-carrosserie.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.cesaro.fr/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.oscaro.fr" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.france-piece-auto.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Some parts may be cheaper here as they are 'local' or maybe not. Something to play with at the weekend anyway for Euro to £ divide by about 1.2, so 12Euro = £10 ish.
Sometimes they do really good deals so worth checking regularly. for example http://www.cesaro.fr/P177-V13186-revete ... -2003.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; or http://www.piece-carrosserie.com/piece- ... -armature/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; can be tricky as different sites use different names for the parts.

They may ship abroad or there are lots of people doing 'man and a van' transport services from continent to the UK. Could be worth it for any hard to find parts ?

For the original question, as suggested, cut bits from a scrap car and use them elsewhere on the sills. So if rotten at the end then find one with a good centre section as it will have the right curve etc and use that to repair the other bit ?

I found out that it was just the front 12 ins. of each sill that was rusty and really only the bottom half I decided to fabricate some new sections which was,nt very difficult I have one side welded and undercoated and when its dry I,ll paint it with underseal and spray inside the sill and finish off with the car colour, so that will be a good job done for very little money

you cant normally paint over the usual underseal, unless its bodyshuts ,

what colour is the car, i cut out a section of my door sill and welded a piece in and as my heap is white i brushed some white smooth right over it,
