cant see any conclusive proof that it is the battery, you need to get it tested. Could be the starter motor, and its just a coincidence that swapping the battery cured it.

Also worth feeling the battery cable terminals after starting, to feel for any heat, which would point to poor connection/continuity at that point.

Could be the starter solenoid, probably piggy backed on to the starter. In effect this is a heavy duty relay, and the contacts deteriorate over time. Not sure how easy it is to get inside a modern solenoid

I've had a similar problem on mine, very slow starting especially in below-zero temperatures.
Bought another battery that seemed to cure it - for a while until the weather turned colder.
The battery was OK, just too much of a load to start the car then too many short rips that doesn't restore the energy drained in starting.
Currently swapping the batteries back and forth periodically but have been told of a local auto electrician that will rebuild the starter for a reasonable price.
Now the weather is a bit warmer will check all the cables and connections too.
