the unit thats attached to the sphere on the front of the car.
according to haynes manual its the hydraluic regulator but according to citroen dealer its the anti sink valve
any way its leaking and getting worse so can anyone tell me if there is a seal kit for or can you get seals to fit.

It's the pressure regulator. It leaks when the attached accumulator sphere is flat. Check to see if you can hear a regular ticking coming from the regulator. If it does, the sphere is flat. Changing it might stop the leak. If you want to have a go at repairing the seals on a regulator, there is info here:-

I believe there is also a rubber return pipe on it which can split and leak - there is on the XM anyway.
