why is my topic getting locked i am trying to resovle a fault can you help

It's on odd one tht doesn't appear to have come up before, and it's not particularly clear what the fault is. Whilst the forum members have seen most faults, C5s still throw up some new ones, and remote diagnosis is not easy unless there is lots of detail available, and simple diagnostic checks can be carried out.

When your duplicate threads were locked myglaren posted the reason.
Think of it like this; you create 3 threads with the same question. Someone replies to one of them asking for further information, you give it. Another person replies to one of the other threads asking another question. It causes confusion.
I'm going to lock this thread now.
