Am I correct in saying that these knackered muti function stalks are a common problem on the Saxo?
I've got a '52' 1.4 Saxo Furious that I'm cleaning up to shift on, but the indicators on RH mode are very 'touchy'.
Push too hard up,and they blink as though a bulb is out...which it ain't ;cus I've checked, nah!
The horn has never worked since I purchased it 2 months ago either, and it's on the same stalk, mmmmm.
Stalks available from the 'bed of' for a tenner, tried and tested alledgedly, so wondering if I should take a punt on one?
Anyone ever fitted one? Easy job, or is it steering wheel off and airbag out followed by diagnostics and all that tripe?

Re: Saxo blinkin' blinker stick.
It looks like it's not multiplexed and is a stand alone switch. The shrouds look like they are split around the column, so it should be removable without taking the wheel off. I've got the same trouble with my Xantia, but that struggles with left indication - maybe we can build one good one out of two
