Rear edge of the doors, is that a pillarless glass-to-glass seal
(which presumably had a waterproof strip between the panes)?

I'd never heard of this car before.

Is that a cable hanging out of the window on one side? Is there a trailer light board on the back? Or is it a rope?

I discovered one of these a couple of years ago outside my MOT place.
Didn't have a clue what it was.

I'm thinking I can see where the inspiration for the Nissan Figaro came from.

I thought that was a copy of the Fiat 500, more or less.
Somewhat reminiscent of the old Austin Metropolitan I thought.

There's a picture of it on P117 of the 1982 book, The Life and Times of the 2CV, in a slightly better condition but just as ugly.
I seem to remember it resurfaced about 10 years ago and was featured in Classic Car Weekly as " The worlds ugliest Citroen found in Surrey/Sussex? Garden Centre". Obviously it found no-one willing to take it on then as it looks in much the same condition now.

An awful looking but unique car, not really keen on Bijous and that is certainly no improvement!

Good ones are going up in price, so they muct have a following somewhere.

That estate was at a motorshow when it was new, im surprised its still around.
