What worked for me was to find an empty carpark and slacken the remaining bolts off a couple of turns then drive around the carpark and get some heat into the hub by using the brake it will take a while but you will feel the wheel coming lose.

just be carefull

See my friend use this tool yesterday to remove locking nuts off an Audi A6, did all four wheels in approx 15 mins flat! Problem is you can't buy the tool unless you are an approved garage using a company credit/debit card, its not available to the general public for obvious reasons.

If the locker is the pin type Paul, you should see there is a small raised circular bit in the middle. This is enough for a reverse flute socket to get hold of it and unscrew it.

I've done these types in the past with success - ask Toby HDI... He came to see me for 'P bushes one day and forgot his locking key....

It's interesting how nobody much talks about how it works. Basically the renewable section fits inside a sleeve; the whole jobbie is smacked with an impact driver which forces a couple of prongs/blades into the periphery of the wheel nut whilst simultaneously twisting it all. The prongs are captured by the sleeve, so tightness is assured.

You could always just get the wheel locking code and order a new locking nut from the Dealer and remove it.

Thats the obvious which the owner did first.. But surprisingly the dealer was NOT interested!
