C3 Drivers side window?

Post by danielsydney »

My C3 drivers side front window will only go down partially to a point. Then it stops and tends to tip a bit forward. I have just stopped pressing the button down all the way as it wont go down.

Anyone seen this before or know where to begin for an amateur?

Thanks,...

Does your aircon not work? Or do you find it hard to spit out the sunroof?

At a guess, it sounds like one of the guides or guide buttons is crook. Take off the door trim and have a perve.

Ebay search. Make sure any repair kit has all the bits you need.

You know I have some cool goodies for your car at low prices? An unused Moduboard and also the under-parcel-tray organiser.

In central Sydney the tolling is all electronic. Daniel presumably has the same e-tag as pretty much everyone.

I'd forgotten about McSh*t, though.

Sure do. I am in Paddington most days at present (playing site foreman), or you can work out some other arrangement with me.

Just curious but have you actually fixed the window now? the fault is (often, not always) caused by a black polystyrene piece of insulation which becomes dislodged from the inner door frame, i used to just wip 'em out & bin 'em, it'll only fall out again.
Music keeps me going.
