my citroen c3 auto will randomly just not start up

Could be the beginning of a dying battery.....?

i do not think it is the battery, it has been starting and driving fine for weeks , but it has suddenly stopped again i think it may be something to do with the engine heat sensor( as i had a similar problem with an old volvo i had) sending a signal to the E C U and then not starting . this car is the start stop model and every now and again when the engine goes off either when i turn the car off or via the stop and start, the engine will not turn back on

Really need a much less vague description of the situation, symptoms etc.

Cant a dealer explain this? There must be loads of dealers there in the UK that can be relied upon....
