Boot load lift?

Boot load lift?
"And now for something completely different"
Anyone know of an existing, or has anyone made, a lift for heaving heavy things into the boot of a Xantia (or any other car?)
Have recently strained my back and need to collect some more of the same (bags of horse manure which must weigh 40-50 kg each, top of bag will tear when lifted unless v lucky) I was thinking of some kind of sling/winch arrangement supported from an upside down U frame located (not supported) by a peg in the tailgate latch, with weight take to boot floor by U legs.
After use it could then un-shipped easily.
But if such a thing already exists I won't have to invent it.

I am now trying to track down a device called the Backsaver designed by MidTech and supposedly sold by www.mangarinternational.co.uk originally for putting wheelchairs into boots.

I like that one, if there was a stronger, or improved version of it then it would be even better.mooseshaver wrote:This any use ?

It has the potential to work well with an Xantia estate as the lack of lip unlike the hatchback would aid loading, although the hatchback due to the way the hatch operates gives more height clearance.
A version with extra capacity would work with a "Sphered Car" as the arm that sticks out to the right, could be supported on an axle stand, or similar when the height of the car is adjusted.
