citroen c5 drop links on front is it easy to change yourself

Hi folks my drop links on my C5 are clunking and need replaced,i have looked at them and seem fairly easy to change by undoing 2 bolts and put new ones on,Are they straightforward to do yourself?thanks folks

Couldn't be easier. Jacking up the car is optional. Do one side at a time. On some drop links you stop the spindle from turning by holding it with an open ended spanner as you remove the nut. On others you use an allen key.

And if its rusted badley its an absolute PIG to do, and you either cit the damm thing, or use mole grips to hold the joint while you undo it..

It varies depending how rusty the threads are and how well you clean them up....
