Hi Handyman
I can find all the samples of failed heads from my collection.
Have a Lithuainian remanufactured one unfitted at present too.
Also got some C5 ones and have researched the design differences.
Looking to incorporate the C5 design mods in my next batch of XM ones that go over to Lithuainia.
If it suits you I would be happy to meet, look over the samples and pool knowledge.
I tend to agree with Dean that Xantia ones are borderline on cost when comparing new with the Lithuainian ones.
The XM situation, which is my interest, is very viable though.

Shame they don't have it's opposite number as they're 'handed'
John and Dean, yes Xantia ones are borderline at present but I expect that will change as time goes by... By the time they go NFP they will end up costing as much as XM ones do now..
Also, on the Xantia, the V6 uses a unique 'big strut' top and these may either go NFP earlier than the standard Xantia tops or attract a health price premium.

Could you put a link to it in the "Useful Links forum please.
Yes, all the more reason to keep hold of the dead ones really so there is a good stock to rebuild, although those new ones for £75 in the link look like very, very good value.yes Xantia ones are borderline at present but I expect that will change as time goes by...
