Right... Fans "Kinda" working... I've got one working at full speed until a new fan rack can be found...
With the fan working full speed, the temperature still fluctuates depending on engine speed, so I'm guessing now there's an airlock somewhere. The heater goes from hot and cold quite a lot too... But cooler as the engine gets warmer.
Is it easy enough to bleed the system on the 16v 1800?
Also, found the BiTron ECU, all connections are sound and clean as a bell.
Stuart.

Hi Stuart
The heater going cold is a sure sign of low water level causing an air lock. I would suggest that the engine is overheating and blowing water out of the overflow or filler cap which could be due to a faulty thermostat or a leaky head gasket. Check the header tank for excessive pressure, watch for bubbles with the engine running.
