I've got a head unit that's locked out, and currently am trying the online service of a fellow called "rdecode" based in Georgia (as in, former USSR) - it's USD$7 as opposed to the $22 fee for an official decode.

He doesn't ask for payment until he is confident a code is available.

The main stealer gave me the code for my Activa's radio for free last summer when I lost it, and only realised when I'd had the battery tray out.
