Geoff, you know you want and must have that V6 XM :D :D :D

Is it a PRV 24V, PRV 12V or an ES9?

I do know I want and must have that V6 XM and you know that I want and must have that XM!

I\'m not clued up on V6s but I think it\'s the ES9. I normally get it wrong so it probably isn\'t an ES9 but Mr Paul Anglsey will know.

A long story short is that my 2.1 TD XM Auto box is dying (I think). If it does then I\'m in need of a car I can trust and that doesn\'t need any work (well, not a lot of work anyway). I was considering something foul and German for around £2k (if I can borrow that amount from my bank) but then did something really silly and looked at Savoy\'s website...............and there she was. I love an XM in black.

I know Malcolm has put an awful lot of work into her and then the head gasket went didn\'t it? Not sure why he wants rid though and are HG a common failure on the V6?

I had to have several tries but got in eventually, I think that not all has been well with either of them.

I believe at 50mph you said "Pit it in 2nd and floor it" which resulted in much giggling from me. There may have also been a "Wooohooooo!"

Its an M or N Series 2 car in Black.. but it has a 12v PRV fitted, AS IT SHOULD....

I had a black XM - but it was a TCT Turbo on LPG... Black was nice too..

Talk to me Neil... PM/
