C5 mileage issue.

For it to be at 0 both the BSI and instrument panel must have been changed whith brand new units at the same time.
If you replace one or the other seperately the highest milage of the two will be written to both so even if either the BSI or the instrument panel is changed with a brand new one straight out the parts department it will retain the original milage of the car.
There is definitely no way to alter the milage using lexia.
Although some models of cars can have the milage altered via the EOBD socket im led to believe that citroens with a BSI need to be done by reflashing eprom chips in the units.

maybe your MOT certificate's can be used as proof of the "leap" in mileage?
