Problem with the Lexia

I must admit thatI was wondering if atr was using the information in the keygen instructions and that is why in a previous post I explained that he already had his Customer code and his software Version number and he would need to do the F3 thing to get the PC Identifiyer and server request code to put in the keygen. I do a copy and paste with the Activation code.

atr may be using his keygen correctly as he says he is, there may be some other reason why he can not activate. I got my Lexia quite a few months ago and I had problems with it, with help off this Forum it was decided that my unit was faulty and I had to return it to China for a replacement which was a nightmare itself, atr is having problems and people are trying to help him.
