OUTSIDE TEMP SENSOR C5/XANTIA

Hi All,
Does anybody know if the outdoor temp. sensors (mounted in the passenger door mirrors) on the C5 & Xantia are one and the same or can be inter-changed? They probably fit but will the resulting read out be accurate?

According to service citroen both vehicles share the same part numbers on that.
2010 C5 X7 VTR+Nav 160
1998 1.5 Saxo
1998 Pug 306 1.9D
2018 C4 B7 VTR+
2011 Citroen C1
