Xsara Cruise Control Installation Problem!

Hi to all, i have Xsara Hdi 2.0 110hp from 2002, and i installed cruise control on it! But i need help to activate it, because in Bsi i can see CC activation but on ECU it can´t be done! Anyone know what´s happening?

it needs to be activated on injection ecu,

Hum, i thought that, but when i enter to configure ecu it has no option beside absent on cruise control! Can you help me? Please

The setting in the injection ECU is listed as RVV (a french abreviation for cruise control). Set it to present, after you have changed the setting disconect lexia & turn off the ignition for 3 minutes to let the setting change take effect.

Yes i can see that function, but when try to change to other one it only do a window with absent! Is there anything wrong?
Another question is that in BSI it has 2 cruise control:
Cruise control activation
Cruise Control Multiplexed

It´s Multiplexed by COM2000, but i don´t know if he is refering it?
Other thing i only install Cruise Control Stalk, and it has Limit Function is there any problem with it? Com2000 hasn´t to be changed?

did you fit the extra brake switch, some xsara don't have the spot to put it, and in such case i would expect that it is probably an unavailable option

:p sorry extrabrake i haven´t install it! i will see later if it has, but i think it has only one on it! If it misses ECU can´t recode to RVV? RPO 10348!

The xsara was never available with speed limiter so it sounds like the stalk you have may be from a mk2 C5 ??

Yes i bought a comm2004 and stalk from C2 car! But i thing there isn´t the problem? Beuase i tested on com2000 and it does all the buttoms except Limit function!

Just wondering why you needed the complete com2004 ? an original CC stalk can be fitted into the existing com2000 much easier that replacing the whole lot.

Hi i haven´t installed Com2004! I bought it with stalk! It´s fitted on original COM2000! Do you know how to activate it please?
