Logically with all those sensor faults one has to ask the question is it possible that all those sensors have failed at the same time, particularly as they all appear to have the same kind of fault, I suggest no.
My suspicion is that there must be a common factor behind these failures, supply to the sensors maybe is a factor. Many of these sensors will be of the three wire kind where one wire is a voltage supply from the ECU often 5V one is ground and the other is the actual signal value.
However this may be related to one permanent fault Supply voltage too low. Again the referenced devices / sensors are almost certainly three wire devices.
And why is the voltage too low this needs to be cleared before doing anything else because I feel pretty sure that if there is any problem related to the ECU getting accurate fuel pressure it won't go.
Of the three sensors Rail Pressure, flowmeter,EGR copy sensor I feel pretty sure the engine will start and run with the flowmeter and EGR disconnected, you could check on one of the connectors from the ECU one of the wires should read 5 Volts to Grnd.
Frankly without access to a Lexia or similar device which can monitor parameters in the ECU resolving this may be difficult to impossible.

well now that the egr valve has been replaced it runs like new.
so thanks again Adam for all your help.
So if your berlingo stops dead with no other obvious symptoms then check the EGR valve.
When I took the valve apart the electric motor felt like it was stepped the new one was smooth to turn. hope this helps someone in the future.

Just out of curiosity how did you get to diagnose it as being the EGR valve?
