C5 warm idle when rough

This morning I drove to work and after the car was at running temp, I stopped at the traffic lights and the idle was really lumpy.
What could cause this problem?

Car drives without fault but dont know what mpg its doing at the moment.

The alternator belt started squeeking on the way home yesterday, could that be it?
