C5 opening rear window catch replacement
I have a 2003 Citroen C5 2.2hdi estate which is supposed to have an opening rear window. However the catch you press to release it is broken. Does anyone know where to get a replacement and is it easy to fit?

Its a common fault with the C5 Estate.
The wire for the electric switch is in the window element, a few people have had to replace the rear screen to get it working again!
However you can run a wire to the switch, neatly and supply power to the switch again. Both of our C5 estates have needed this, though the local Citroen indy has done it, so im not sure exactly what they did. But it does look neat as you cant notice it and it works, more importantly.
