Lost key
Hi, someone I know has lost the key to his Berlingo van (did not have a second one cut!) Its a 2004 1.9d Enterprise. Citroen want £130 for a key, its coded. Anyone know of a cheaper way round this problem?

Unfortunately no. I needed a new spare but after a load of research ended up going to the dealers.
There are places like Muswell Hill locksmiths who say they can do it. The prices seem to be cheaper, but it depends how close they are to you etc.
There was another thread on this not too long ago, scroll down a few pages it might still be there.

I'd agree. Even if you get a key cut you still need the transponder code or a way of coding the new one in.
It may be cheaper to just go to the dealers and be done with it this time, and ensure to keep a spare to avoid it again
It would not be too bad if you had a spare even if it was not coded as that would be a start, but with nothing its more trouble.
