ZX brake pipes

Post by paul in normandy »

Anyone know the sizes of ZX brake pipes and pipe unions - I need to get some pipe and fittings to make up some new pipes - I could measure them, but they are in the back of the other car, and the wife's gone off in it for the day!

The replacement pipe which I've used on daughter's 306 is 3mm and the unions are 11mm. I would be surprised if the ZX wasn't the same.

I can confirm they're 11mm unions. (At least until you round them off and resort to mole grips to get them off due to being rusted solid ).

Seems pretty standard across non-hydraulic Citroens and Peugeots.

Thats 11mm across the hex flats but a 10mm thread. But is it 1 or 1.25mm pitch ?
