Fancy a C6 for £3k?

Post by DickieG »

I've just noticed this C6 for sale on Ebay for £3,000, it might be LHD but generally LHD car's sell for a higher price than RHD these days, LHD certainly wouldn't put me off.

I agree with the /\ , as it's being advertised on AUTO-TRADER

Still could be bargain for someone being a LHD if some drives on the continent regularly !

Number plate is covered in oil, that could be serious.
And its a Citroen.
Anyone know how to "pause" an pregnancy part way through so I can spend some savings on this?

The leather colour in the photos does not match the description, so I think we can assume that the photos are not of the actual car (or the vendor is blind  ) so there is a reasonable chance it is RHD.

Mooseshaver - try immersion in liquid nitrogen.

Although may yet need to change your name to Nooseshaper if the better half springs your plans...

Problem is I think we have bonded with the bump so I wond actualyy prefer a baby to a C6. Scary.
But we could live in a C6. Or live in the C5 and use the C6 to go to work.
I feel quite inadequate only owning one Citroen here.

Well it's most probably some sort of scam...stupidly low price, number plates blanked out, LHD and photos look like they're from abroad too. :-k

More likely missing a "1" off the front of the price or a scam premium rate
phone number while the 'seller' stretches out a meaningless conversation.
Either that or they 'forgot' to mention it's been flood damaged and the
engine and electrics are toast and it's a break only for parts insurance job?

Yes, that's true but its all worth it in the end :D :D I have daughters..

Rather have them than a C6 any day even if their running costs are significantly higher

Adam, what's the problem with girls?

Sounds too good to be true and you know what they say about that!
I'd love it but think I will err on the side of caution on this occasion.
