Good to see you have a grasp on reality i3,as a speeder. You do still seem to see both sides of the argument though, not all speeders do..no, i'm not taking the mick/sarcastic, you do those speeds, even though you know it's wrong, ( isn't anything over the 'ton' an instant ban?)...fair play to you for admitting it, even though I and others completely don't condone it...bigger speed = more mess in my humble opinion.i3 wrote:right,,,before everyone here begins to think am a complete nutter...i only do this as i have to be somewhere fast, and its busy time,,and i can either go around 60/70 in first two lanes...or 90/100 in the outer lane,,,im not trying to excuse myself,,nor am i saying it is legal, or responsible,,,
you are all completely right in what you are saying...
cgatcx,,what beast have you got???!!!
Phew, for a minute there i thought someone had been called an idiot.CitroJim wrote:I'm not content for anyone to be called an idiot in any thread and for whatever reason in this forum.
By all means discuss and debate the use of inappropriate speed and indeed suggest that the OP is not being wise to do these sort of speeds in the UK but please don't use terms that can be regarded as offensive in a public forum.
Thanks...
Get it done chris!! Its FUN>Citroenmad wrote:Yes, i would say it is, the 2.1 is very good on fuel when you want it to be but the 2.0HDi 110 does beat it for economy without trying. Overall performance is similar, however the HDi has pull more of the time.i3 wrote:is the hdi110 more economical than the 2.1td?
Im still wanting to get my 2.0HDi remapped, i can imagine that would be pretty good, more performance and possibly more MPG when not using the extra go. That is how its worked on other remapped cars ive had the experience of.
