The green one is the one you said was yours and that is the one I like the look of.

The pink one doesn't look so good

How many litres of fuel does the green one take?

So, thats about 20MPG then? Pretty heavy for a bike, then again i dont know much about bikes  Similar to a V8 petrol on a good run then!

The 50cc looks better there.

you are all completely right in what you are saying...

cgatcx,,what beast have you got???!!!
Good to see you have a grasp on reality i3,as a speeder. You do still seem to see both sides of the argument though, not all speeders do..no, i'm not taking the mick/sarcastic, you do those speeds, even though you know it's wrong, ( isn't anything over the 'ton' an instant ban?)...fair play to you for admitting it, even though I and others completely don't condone it...bigger speed = more mess in my humble opinion.

I'm not content for anyone to be called an idiot in any thread and for whatever reason in this forum.

By all means discuss and debate the use of inappropriate speed and indeed suggest that the OP is not being wise to do these sort of speeds in the UK but please don't use terms that can be regarded as offensive in a public forum.

Thanks...

Yes, i would say it is, the 2.1 is very good on fuel when you want it to be but the 2.0HDi 110 does beat it for economy without trying. Overall performance is similar, however the HDi has pull more of the time.

Im still wanting to get my 2.0HDi remapped, i can imagine that would be pretty good, more performance and possibly more MPG when not using the extra go. That is how its worked on other remapped cars ive had the experience of.
Get it done chris!! Its FUN>

Ive got a Plug in Box on my Current HDi 110bhp Xantia, and the difference is fun, it will pull you back into your seat, theres NO NEED to go over 3k rpm! and she still does roughly the same MPG as standard 110bhp.
Ive no idea what the box is putting the power up to, but theres a defenate difference in the performace!

As for economy, the ZX's rot too much for me underneath, so I wouldn't even consider one, Id sooner pay for the few extra pounds for something that dont rust...

Yes the Xantia HDi's do a lot more MPG, but only 110bhp engines, the 90's are that much more efficient then the XUD in my opinion (In the Xantias)

I've had my Hdi90 18 months, 20000miles. Always fill tank and calculate mpg. Lowest = 48 highest = 53.

if you get a chance find a video MACH III BUSA and 12 raced across Europe 150mph wheelies for miles etc total head cases, anyways I think theres a Busa with 215 on the clock and the 12 is pulling away from it.

I love mine had it 10 1/2 years now and it's never seen over 70 ;)
