usb port in my citroen relay?

usb port in my citroen relay?

whats the usb port in my relay for? its covered in microsoft stickers. im assuming i can access media on my windows phone.. but it doesny seem to work? is there something i have to do to set it up? theres no info on the citroen site or online for that matter? when i scroll through the menu in the van there is a section for media player but says theres no media>?? please help ..fed up with listerning to the radio.

Does it work if you put in a usb pen drive with a few mp3s on does it work?
Some phones store their music in encrypted format so you cant play them on anything else, and some phones do not present themselves as a mass storage device.

lol thanks for reply..no i havent tried with a usb pen yet..will try later on..
when i plug the phone in all it does is charge.
