BluToof C5 Facelift

Hello, my 56 plate C5 has the phone button, and the option in the menu for blutooth, what do I need to make it work? I read somewhere on here but cant find it now, that I just need some kind of parrot that sits behind the radio?
I don't want to have wires and boxes showing, or holes.

Don't be fooled by the Bluetooth option, my C6 has the phone system but no bluetooth, is it the RT3 system? If so I have PDF somewhere I can email you

thanks trainman, how do I know which system it is?

If you press and hold the Menu button, then look in the dianosis menu, it will say firmware version 6.xx.
