Never heard of them ?
I would guess (just a guess!) , if you remove said pussy cat and remove sensors etc, you could probably hose it out or use something like brake cleaner to clean it.
Not tested though, I would not expect them to be damaged by this.
Or just throw it away if its a diesel without FAP

we ran the £100 + some quid picasssooooo through an immision test just to see if out showed up,
it seems the cat is mucky,
as the old engine we took out had been getting through quite a bit of oil, looking at some of the sensor's and bits from the old lump they were all fouled up with oily goooo,
it was sudgestted we tried this stuff before buying a new pussy,
the can says put it in the tank with about 15lt's of fuel and drive the car normaly for 15 bto 20 minn's, then add fuel as you require,
so once my daughter has ran the tank down a bit we are going to give it a go,
just over 15 quid a bottle,
i run my 1.9TD XANT catless what a diference

Hmm.
If it was me I would be tempted to empty a litre or two of thinners into the cat (off the car and vertical obviously!) , then rinse out with a normal garden hose and allow to dry for a day or two. Then refit. Ultimately if it did not work or damaged the cat, you would be no worse off.
I would say petrol but its too volatile to risk really.

and if that doesnt work just get a new one? im sorry but they are soooo cheap now, the one on my xm is the size of a small car and can be had new for £80 inc vat and delivered, not bad for 18years use really. Once they have been poisoned there isnt much that can be done for them, ditto if they are blocked.
