deadlocking alarm
anybody know how to adjust the sensitivity on the alarm of a xantia 96, alarm works but goes of every few mins, any help appreciated, thanks,

It will almost certainly be due to faulty ultrasonic sensors which are located behind the mirrors. To test whether they are the cause of the false alarms press the button to the right of the steering column to disable them just prior to getting out the car and locking it, this is a common fault with new sensors costing around £30 a pair IIRC.
