ZX front brakes
Also while I think about it. The front pads and discs are nearly ready for a change. Is there a better "BOLT ON" product than the standard 1.9 Reflex brakes? I'm running the stock wheels as well (13 inch) ... I don't want to make any modifications other than to just bolt on if you get my point
EBC offer some interesting upgrades on discs and pads.

I'm using greenstuff pads with stock discs, they tend to squeal a little bit until you warm them up but they really do the trick.

As suggested, I would try better pads first of all, and give the brakes a good cleanup and fresh fluid. I have greenstuffs on my 405, I would say a reasonable upgrade over standard (although mine have never squeeled?). I've got Ferrodo DS2500's on my Clio, and they are awesome I suspect with a 13" wheel your options will be limited anyway, and bigger calipers won't always give you better performance if you're using the same master cylinder.
