Hi, I have a Xantia 2000 2ltr. HDI and find that when I leave the car overnight the rear suspension drops, whats the problem. Thanks

Hi Allan,
Rear corner spheres and possibly the main accumulator are weak.
If yours is an Exclusive with Hydractive suspension, the rear corners can go completely flat and even rupture without you even being aware of it but it'll help the rear end sink...

Hi Jim, the car is not Hydractive and I should have said that with the engine running, press down on the front and back and I would say that it reacts as I would expect so as you say it might be the accumulator sphere.

More likely a weak Anti sink valve...
Me personally wouldn't worry about it, as long as the car is "Soft" and always comes up, I personally think it keeps the Height Corrector CONTROL Linkage working!!!
Anti sink, I think is the main cause for siezing linkages due to lack of movement...
