Hello everyone,
Firstly, i hope that i am allowed to post this here. If i am not, then I appologise sincerely.
I have today started a new forum, the Berlingo Owners Forum, as i have owned many Berlingo's and have not come across any onine communities for such a great and popular van.
So if i could see you down there, that would be great!

Looks like there's no Berlingoheads in here,
can't think why, it's a cracking little (tardis like) van. I know a lot of trades people who use them.
Maybe it proves your point for a dedicated berlingo site..there aint one!
Good luck with the venture, I'm sure once word gets around it will take off, there's loads of bergo's out there!

Perhaps you could include a C15 section too as well as the AK400. I have an X-reg (C15) and use it as a mobile skip for picking up building materials and taking household rubbish to the tip (saves trashing the C5). Just sorting the clutch at the moment.berlingofan wrote:Thanks for the support Dave, it is really appreciated.
Oh...and I can't get on to your site currently.

Do you think there would be enough interest for a C15 section? Not saying no, just asking your opinion
And the site swhould be working ok?

I don't really know, but a C15 using potholer I got in contact with advised that I should join this forum for C15 information for which there is very little. There are plenty of C15s chugging around still and if it's just a case of enabling a forum section, then you only need to trial it for a period and pull it if no interest. But I bet there would be interest on the AK400/2CV Van. I agree that your number one priority should be the Berlingo, but there's no reason why you shouldn't include other Cit vans.
Not for me. Message thus:And the site swhould be working ok?

There's no DNS resolution for that domain so nobody can find it. Despite it showing as being registered, the official status is "Registration being processed", if that means anything?frenchcarnut wrote:Not for me. Message thus:And the site swhould be working ok?

I just think you should cover all vans as people upgrade (or go for vintage alternatives). Even if the C15 and AK400 forum sections are used far less than the Berlingo, it costs you nothing to have that facility. I'm sure your readership will guide you eventually into making a permanent decision.berlingofan wrote:Thanks for the responses, changed hosts just in case. The site was up my end, but people were clearly having problems.
Once the site has sorted itself, i will definitely look into adding the C15. I think i might do it like you say, under trial.
I appreciate all the feedback.

We changed hosts today, so once it has propogated through, you should be able to access the site no bother.
This is just a shot in the dark, but would you be interested in helping out with the other vans side of things on the forum? Of course its ok if not, dont be polite.
