about height for xantia

hi again.i have one quastion.putting the suspention to its higher possition,can i adjust the height adjuster(front)without my xantia squise me?i mean the car lock to this heigh as i play with the clamp?

worth mentioning that working on any hydraulic car, don't go under the car at all, unless it's on ramps or axle stands..
