'98 Xantia 1.9 TD Estate - PAS Pipe

Hi again,
I am looking at this failed pipe, as I said in an earlier post, someone's replacement of metal pipe in inner-wing has disturbed rubber pipe attachnent and subsequent pipe detachment/blowout.

Does the required replacement rubber piece - 00004023G4 HYDRAULIC TUBE (thanks RichardW) come with the attached metal pipes machined to it or does the rubber piece detach from the fine bore metal pipes?
