Parrot CK3100 problem.

Post by Alec B »

Finally got the bluetooth fitted but it stays active after the ignition has been switched off for about 2 mins. I have tried reversing the positives to no avail. Has anyone fitted or has been able to overcome the problem. It also goes live when unlocking the car and even when I accidently blasted the horn when cleaning the car out! Any ideas?

The ignition live on the parrot kit is connected to the remote wakeup wire for the multiplexed network which goes live when the network is awake.
You need to connect it to a true ignition live (ie goes dead when you turn the ignition off) Best bet for this is either the fag lighter or the glovebox light.
