With the optional rear bench seat fitted, a Synergie will seat 8. Or are you after three point belts all round?

To be honest i need 3 point belts as we are expecting two newborns soon and i could really do with isofix.
I allready have a synergie ( off the road due to a nasty oil leak and dodgy new rad fitting ) and in all fairness i do miss driving the old bus but i just dont seem to able to find time fix her ( 3 kids 1 pregnant teenager and a pregnant missus seem to take up a lot of my spare time )

If you could squeeze them into a seven seater, there are some nice 406s about.

I have seen a video of that one, it lives somewhere near Sevenoaks where I used to live. I had three of those only with less wheels.

Yes, that was quite a sight with the plane in tow, a nice idea 8-)

A C8 will your only Citroen option other than a van, if you can find a 8 seater version.

The C8 (and its clones the Ulysse and the 807) are available as 8 seaters. It may be possible to source a rear bench seat, which will convert the 5 or 7 seater to an 8 seater, from a breakers or to purchase it from a main dealer. If buying the seat new try all 3 dealers as their may be substantial price differences. The only differences between the seats available from each marque is the choice of trim colour. Also try placing a wanted ad. The same goes for the Synergie/806/pre 2003 Ulysse but the centre passengers in each row only get the lap belt. As for the isofix there are still several very safe child seats available which are anchored using the 3 point seat belts.

I would be happy to swap my rear 3 seat bench for a couple of singles as long as the trim colour was the same. The bench is a bit heavy to move in and out and as far as I can remember I've only had it in the car twice in 5 years.
