Can anyone tell me if the wiring on my Maf sensor looks OK, it lookks like the green wire on terminal 4 (3rd in from the left has been cut).
Many thanks for any help.

I believe it's just a locating peg and has not actually been cut..

The MAF also contains a sensor to measure the temperature of the incoming air.

I would take a flying guess, therefore, that the two wires on the left are for the sensor and the three wires on the right are for the MAF itself.

There is also this little sensor, it seems to be connected in the same loom, I have pulled it out for a better view, it is attached to a rubber pipe that enters the inlet manifold.
I am chasing very poor mpg about 15 aroun town.

The sensor in the second pic is the boost pressure sensor. the little pipe is very easily broken if you are not careful when changing the air filter. If there was anything wrong with it though lexia would definitely show a fault relating to it.
