'73 DS Citroen: Where to get parts?

Post by kiwicar »

Just wondering where is a good source of parts for a DS. Usual problems with rusted boot. I'm based in New Zealand but would like to know where in the world a good supplier of all parts is.

Have a couple of shots of my car on my blog www.classiccarsandroads.blogspot.com

Only 3 owners and 92000 miles. Slight rust but runs very smoothly.

For a query like this I'd like to recommend you join the Citroen Car Club (CCC). The D Section of the CCC will be able to answer for sure.

The CCC also has a very active forum, restricted to members only, which will offer great assistance.

CCC membership is almost essential when ruunning a classic Citroen.

Try Citart, or Chyparse or Dirk Sassen or Citron Pieces or Der Franzose for new parts direct (IIRC all of the above speak English) or for UK based sellers who mostly get their supplies from the ones above and also sell second hand parts try DS Workshop or Centreville or Brodie Engineering or Peacock Engineering or Citroën Classic's. BTW Darrin @ Citroën Classic's is a fellow Kiwi

That should give you enough to go on for a while
