C2 & C3 gearchange cables.

Can anyone tell me if the little orange inserts on the gearbox end of these cables are available as a seperate item. Every other time I unclip these cables bits of the orange plastic break off. So far the connectors have still worked ok but sooner or later I'm gonna find myself in trouble. They almost look like a 'use once only' item, in which case I can keep some spare. Obviously I could phone the agents but I really don't have hours to waste!

Not exactly sure what the bits in question are, but from service.citroen it doesn't look like there are any separate bits on the cables...
