lexia or planet 2000

Excuse my ignorance but does anyone know what the difference is in these software systems.
I was thinking one is citroen and one peugeot!
Am I right.
As I need to reprogramme my bsi.[ON A PARTNER VAN]

Peugeot Planet is used for Peugeots.

Lexia is used for Citroens.

I'm not sure how it's used to reprogram things like the BSI.
