In that particular example injector 3s flow correction is much higher than the others and I think outside spec. So ideally that injector would need replacing.
The info is as available as the Lexia. Another side of it is that just being able to compare your figures with someone else's can point the way to a fault, pretty much like part substitution. With a little bit of swatting up you'd probably know more than the dealership 'technician'.
